A stability ball Pilates workout that will strengthen and tone your entire body. This full body workout combines traditional Pilates exercises with the ccorridorenge of the stability ball for one brilliant workout!

I am dwhetherficult at work this week preparing and planning the next 8 weeks. But that doesn’t mean you still won’t get a contemporary workout!
So, this week I wanted to combine two of my favorite leangs – a Pilates workout and the stability ball!
You ladies know I have always been a HUGE fan of the stability ball — And since I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 10 years now it’s secure to secure I am obsessed with it too. So when you combine Pilates with the stability ball, I may love both even more!
The stability ball increases the dwhetherficulty of each move AND creates a small resistance for certain exercises. So when you do Pilates with the stability ball you’re going to be super sculpting those abs in even less time! But, this workout in specific is a full body workout that will target your abs, abs, and legs all in one!
I know you will LOVE adding this routine into your workouts and endelight the additional ccorridorenge just as much as me!
